Christ College

Christ College (also known as Christ University) is a prominent private university located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It is known for its high academic standards, diverse student body, and comprehensive educational offerings. Christ College was established in 1969 by the Catholic religious congregation of the Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI). It initially started as a college under Bangalore University but later became an autonomous institution in 2005, and in 2008, it was conferred with the status of a university, known as Christ University.
